The Twin Powers hold 3 back to back 7A State Championship Titles, with a host of accolades such as All State/All Conference, to name just a few.
College track & football athletes, The Twin Powers, fought a lot as kids so parents started exploring extra curricular activities for them to burn off some of that energy. Tried taekwondo and was told they were “too violent” and “appeared to only want to harm others” and that they didn’t understand the concept and should try again when they were a little older. Dad, Demorris Knox, told mom he was going to try them at sports. At the age of 4 he took them to a practice for the Arkansas Xtra little league team and the rest was history.
They developed a love for the game and went on to join the Independent Youth Football League (IYFL) for a year and then transferred to the Arkansas AAU Football league where they played in until high school enrollment. They earned the names “Flash” & “Matrix” while in the Arkansas AAU Football league because of their speed, flexibility and determination on the field. Although throughout childhood they played other sports (baseball, basketball) they decided to stick with football. They enrolled in Bryant High School for 9th-12th grade where they went on to play for the now legendary Bryant Hornets Football Team.
